Butternut Squash Hummus

Try our simple recipe for a butternut squash hummus using Country Range Chick Peas in Water and roasted butternut squash to create an exciting spin on a classic hummus.


  • 400 g Country Range Chickpeas in Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 clove of Garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 400 g Roast Butternut Squash


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Pulse until the desired consistency
  3. Serve with a drizzle of oil, a few pieces of squash and a little ground cumin
