Chicken Tikka and Avocado Crisp Cos Hearts

Method

  1. Dice the avocado, onion, tomato and season with salt.
  2. Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
  3. Clean the Cos leaves.
  4. Place 25g of chicken tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
