  • 75 g Country Range Marinated Chicken Tikka
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 4 Cos heart leaves
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 pinch Nigella seeds
  • ¼ lime

Method

    Step 1

    Dice the avocado, onion, tomato and season with salt.

    Step 2

    Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.

    Step 3

    Clean the Cos leaves.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Place 25g of chicken tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
