- Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix and 5 spice powder to make a smooth paste, add remaining cold water and bring to the boil.
- Place the chicken breasts in to the soup mix and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add the frozen sweetcorn and simmer for a further 5 minutes..
- Once the chicken is fully poached remove the breasts from the soup and pull the meat apart using 2 forks.
- Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with the pulled chicken and sliced spring onions.
