  • 100 g Country Range Houmous
  • 20 g Country Range Flaked Almonds, toasted
  • 25 ml Country Range Olive-Pomace Oil
  • 200 g tender stem broccoli
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch Country Range Smoked Paprika

Method

    Step 1

    Char-grill the tender stem broccoli and season with salt.
  • 2

    Step 2

    On a nice serving plate, spread a mound of houmous.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Place the broccoli on top.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and a pinch of smoked paprika.

    Step 5

    Top with toasted flaked almonds.
