  • 50 g Country Range Mixed Cheese & Spring Onion
  • 125 g Country Range Salted Butter
  • 4 sheets Feuille de brick pastry
  • ½ red onion, sliced

Method

    Step 1

    Butter 4 slices of bread.

    Step 2

    Slice the red onion.

    Step 3

    Make the sandwiches with cheese mix and slices of red on-ion making sure the butter is on the outside.

    Step 4

    In a hot non-stick pan or a contact grill, cook the sandwich for 2 minutes then turn and continue to cook for 2 minutes more.

    Step 5

    Once it’s golden brown on both sides and the mix is hot, serve with a nice bit of salad.
