Parma Ham, Roast Peach and Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Country Range White Balsamic Dressing
  • 5 g Country Range Pine Nuts
  • 1 Peach
  • 3 slices Parma Ham
  • 10 g Country Range Butter
  • 10 g Country Range Honey
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 25 g Watercress

Method

  1. Cut the peach into slices and pan roast in the butter until sticky and glazed
  2. Arrange the peaches with torn mozzarella, Parma ham and watercress
  3. Dress with white balsamic and sprinkle with pine nuts
