Pulled Pork Filo Wrap

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
  3. Repeat and top the first pastry sheet.
  4. Repeat until all sheets are done.
  5. Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage.
  6. Place onto a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve.
