Beef Madras


  1. Marinate the diced skirt beef in 50g of madras paste for 12 hours or overnight.
  2. Fry the diced onion in the hot oil and brown off the diced beef in the same pan.
  3. Add the beef stock, chopped tomatoes and remaining madras paste and simmer for 2 hours until the beef is tender, and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Basmati Rice.
