1 1 ltr Country Range Beef Bouillon Paste (made up)
1 1 white onion, diced
600600 g skirt beef, diced
- 1Marinate the diced skirt beef in 50g of madras paste for 12 hours or overnight.
- 2Fry the diced onion in the hot oil and brown off the diced beef in the same pan.
- 3Add the beef stock, chopped tomatoes and remaining madras paste and simmer for 2 hours until the beef is tender, and the sauce has thickened.
- 4Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Basmati Rice.
