  • 130 g Country Range Madras Paste
  • 50 ml Country Range Extended Life Vegetable Oil
  • 150 g Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 ltr Country Range Beef Bouillon Paste (made up)
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 600 g skirt beef, diced

Method

    Step 1

    Marinate the diced skirt beef in 50g of madras paste for 12 hours or overnight.

    Step 2

    Fry the diced onion in the hot oil and brown off the diced beef in the same pan.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the beef stock, chopped tomatoes and remaining madras paste and simmer for 2 hours until the beef is tender, and the sauce has thickened.

    Step 4

    Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Basmati Rice.
