Blueberry and Apple Cobbler
675675 g Country Range Crumble Mix
350350 g Country Range Solid Pack Apples
500500 g blueberries
100100 g Muscovado sugar
500500 g Country Range Mascarpone Cheese
300300 g Country Range Natural Yogurt
1 1 lemon (zest only)
- 1Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the apples in a large ovenproof dish.
- 2Scatter over the blueberries and stir in the sugar.
- 3Spoon over the Mascarpone cheese.
- 4Mix the crumble mix with the natural yoghurt and lemon zest. Spoon this cobbler mix over the cheese.
- 5Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
