700700 ml Country Range Whipping Cream

10 10 ea Country Range Cloves

3 3 ea Country Range Bay Leaves

7575 g Country Range Butter

1/21/2 ea onion (finely diced)

Multiply by
  • 1Finely dice the onion and sweat in the butter.
  • 2Add the cream, bay leaves and cloves and simmer.
  • 3Add the breadcrumbs and stir until thick and creamy.
  • 4Add a splash of water if a little too thick.
  • 5Season with salt and pepper and grate loads of fresh nutmeg.
  • 6Serve with roast poultry or game.
