Butternut Squash Hummus
400 400 g Country Range Chick Peas in Water
1 1 tsp salt
2 2 tbsp tahini
1 1 tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
1 1 lemon (juiced)
1 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
3 3 tbsp Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
400 400 g roast butternut squash
- 1Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- 2Pulse until the desired consistency.
- 3Serve with a drizzle of oil, a few pieces of squash and a little ground cumin.
