7575 g Country Range Mascarpone

7575 ml Country Range UHT Dairy Whipping Cream

2020 g icing sugar

11 lime

1 1 banana, sliced

5050 g tin condensed milk caramel

2020 ml rum

4 4 sponge fingers

2 2 espresso shots (35ml each)

Multiply by
  • 1Mix the mascarpone, icing sugar, lime zest and juice and whipping cream to a smooth mix.
  • 2Mix the rum and espressos together.
  • 3In a glass, pipe in some mix.
  • 4Add a few slices of banana.
  • 5Add 3 of the sponge fingers halves.
  • 6Moisten the sponge fingers with the coffee mix.
  • 7Repeat the process and finish with a layer of mascarpone mix.
  • 8Top with a slice of banana.
