68 68 g Country Range Chicken Soup Mix

250 250 ml cold water

550 550 ml cold water

1 1 large leek, sliced

1 1 carrot, sliced

2 2 tbsp olive oil

Multiply by
  • 1Mix the soup mix with the 250ml cold water into a paste.
  • 2Bring the 550ml cold water to the boil and add the soup paste. Cover pan and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3Add the leeks and carrot to the olive oil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and blitz in a blender.
  • 4Add the noodles to the soup mixture and bring to the boil.
  • 5Add the leek and carrot mix and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  • 6Season and garnish with mint leaves or parsley.
