  • 150 g Country Range Thick Chicken Soup Mix
  • 3 pts cold water
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 225 g Country Range Sweetcorn

Method

    Step 1

    Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, add the remaining cold water and bring to the boil.

    Step 2

    Add the mushrooms and sweetcorn. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
