1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg, beaten, for glaze
icing sugar, for dusting

method
- 1Roll out the pastry and cut into strips. Place a spoonful of mincemeat in the centre, fold over and seal.
- 2Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with icing sugar then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
- 3Remove from the oven, dust again with icing sugar and serve.
