100100 g Country Range Tomato and Basil Sauce

4 4 ea boned chicken thighs

1/21/2 tsp Country Range Whole Cumin

1/21/2 tsp Country Range Whole Cumin

1/21/2 tsp Country Range Whole Coriander

11 ea Country Range Cinnamon Stick

3030 g Country Range Dried Apricots, sliced

11 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

11 ea onion, diced

11 tsp Country Range Garlic Purée
