Cranberry and Lemonade Cooler
2525 g Country Range Cranberry Sauce
8 8 lemons, juice and zest
100 100 g sugar
sprig of mint
- 1Create a syrup with the lemon juice and zest and sugar - bring to the boil and reduce by half.
- 2Mix in the cranberry sauce.
- 3Pour into an ice-filled glass, add a slice of lemon, mint and top with soda water.
