225225 g cooked smoked haddock
150150 g cooked diced potato
chopped parsley for garnish
- 1Put the soup powder into a saucepan and add a small amount of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining cold water, place on the stove and gradually bring to the boil stirring continually.
- 2Add the cooked flaked smoked haddock and cooked potato.
- 3Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
