Double Chocolate Yogurt Cookies


  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line an oven tray with some Country Range Baking Parch-ment.
  3. Whisk the egg, vanilla and icing sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking pow-der and salt.
  5. Add this mix to the egg and sugar and form a smooth mix.
  6. Add the yogurt and chocolate chips.
  7. With a small ice cream scoop, place the cookie batter onto the lined tray and bake for 12 minutes.
