2525 g Country Range Salted Butter

1 1 slice Country Range Traditional Wiltshire Gammon

3 3 slices bloomer bread slice

1 1 Cos lettuce leaf

1 1 slice beef tomato

Multiply by
  • 1Butter 3 slices of bloomer bread.
  • 2On the bottom piece spread your egg mayo.
  • 3Top with another slice, butter side up.
  • 4Place on a slice of gammon.
  • 5Add a slice of beef tomato and season with salt.
  • 6Add the leaf of cos lettuce.
  • 7Place the last slice of bread butter side down and cut the sandwich in half.
