Egg Mayo Stuffed Cucumber
5050 g Country Range Egg Mayonnaise
8 8 dill sprigs
- 1Peel 4 strips out of the cucumber so it looks striped.
- 2Cut the ends off and cut into 8 even sized rounds.
- 3With a melon baller scoop out a section of the top of each cu-cumber.
- 4Fill the hole with a spoonful of egg mayonnaise mix.
- 5Top with a sprig of dill and any other garnishes of your choice.
