100 100 g Country Range Butter, softened

2 2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 1 tbsp Country Range Italian Seasoning

lemon, juice only

Country Range Ciabatta

Multiply by
  • 1Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  • 2Mix the softened butter with the garlic, Italian Seasoning and lemon juice. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • 3Slice the ciabatta diagonally without cutting all the way through.
  • 4Fill the slices with the garlic butter, sprinkle Italian Seasoning over the top and place on a baking tray.
  • 5Bake for 8-10 minutes until the ciabatta is golden brown and the butter has melted.
  • 6Serve with salad leaves and an oil and vinegar dip.
