Garlic Ciabatta

  • 100 g Country Range Butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Country Range Italian Seasoning
  • lemon, juice only
  • Country Range Ciabatta

Method

    Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Mix the softened butter with the garlic, Italian Seasoning and lemon juice. Season well with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    Slice the ciabatta diagonally without cutting all the way through.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Fill the slices with the garlic butter, sprinkle Italian Seasoning over the top and place on a baking tray.

    Step 5

    Bake for 8-10 minutes until the ciabatta is golden brown and the butter has melted.

    Step 6

    Serve with salad leaves and an oil and vinegar dip.
