250 250 ml Country Range Pomace Oil

250 250 g Country Range Sliced Jalapeños

250 250 g wood roasted peppers

75 75 g Country Range Garlic Powder

33 carrots

4 4 sticks celery

2 2 red onions

1 1 ltr Country Range Chopped Tomatoes

160 160 ml water

Multiply by
method
  • 1Sweat the onions, celery and carrots for 10 minutes.
  • 2Add the garlic powder.
  • 3Add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 4Adjust the seasoning to taste and then blitz and serve over your favourite meats (American brisket, pork belly ribs and whole smoked chicken).
