Jamaican Jerk Potato Salad
450450 g red potatoes, chopped (skin on)
4 4 tbsp Country Range Light Mayonnaise
1 1 tbsp Country Range Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
6 6 spring onions, sliced
- 1Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until just cooked then drain.
- 2Mix the mayonnaise with the Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
- 3Mix the potatoes with mayonnaise and spring onion and place into a serving bowl.
- 4Serve at room temperature.
