125125 g Country Range Salted Butter

4 4 sheets Feuille de brick pastry

½½ red onion, sliced

Multiply by
  • 1Butter 4 slices of bread.
  • 2Slice the red onion.
  • 3Make the sandwiches with cheese mix and slices of red on-ion making sure the butter is on the outside.
  • 4In a hot non-stick pan or a contact grill, cook the sandwich for 2 minutes then turn and continue to cook for 2 minutes more.
  • 5Once it’s golden brown on both sides and the mix is hot, serve with a nice bit of salad.
