Mixed Cheese and Spring Onion Pastry Horn Canapé


  1. Melt the butter and keep warm.
  2. Cut the pastry in half and brush with the butter.
  3. Wrap the pastry around small metal pastry horn moulds.
  4. Stand the horns on their end and bake for 6 minutes at 180°C until golden.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Carefully remove the pastry from the horn and fill with the cheese mix.
  7. Serve as a great canapé.
