2020 g Country Range Plain Flour
2525 g Country Range Salted Butter
1 1 spring onion
1 1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg

2 2 lemon wedges
- 1Cook the mash as per instructions and mix with an egg, flour and sliced spring onion.
- 2Split the mix into 4 balls and press to form 4 cakes.
- 3Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potato cakes until golden on each side.
- 4Serve warm with a dollop of cream cheese and a wedge of lemon.
