2020 g Country Range Plain Flour

2525 g Country Range Salted Butter

1 1 spring onion

1 1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg

sliced smoked salmon

2 2 lemon wedges

Multiply by
  • 1Cook the mash as per instructions and mix with an egg, flour and sliced spring onion.
  • 2Split the mix into 4 balls and press to form 4 cakes.
  • 3Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potato cakes until golden on each side.
  • 4Serve warm with a dollop of cream cheese and a wedge of lemon.
