Premium Tuna Mayo Melt with Red Onion, Pickled Cucumber and Cheddar
5050 g Country Range Premium Tuna Mayonnaise
2 2 slices Country Range Mature White Cheddar Slices
1 1 tsp Country Range White Wine Vinegar
¼ ¼ red onion, sliced
1/8 1/8 cucumber, sliced
½ ½ tsp dill, chopped
55 g caster sugar
22 g salt
- 1Marinate the slices of cucumber with salt, caster sugar, white wine vinegar and the chopped dill.
- 2Cut the ciabatta in half, add a slice of cheddar, top with tuna mayo, red onion, cucumber then another slice of cheddar.
- 3Top with the remaining bread and grill on a panini grill until the cheese starts to melt.
- 4Cut in half and serve with some green leaves.
