Premium Tuna Mayo Melt with Red Onion, Pickled Cucumber and Cheddar


  1. Marinate the slices of cucumber with salt, caster sugar, white wine vinegar and the chopped dill.
  2. Cut the ciabatta in half, add a slice of cheddar, top with tuna mayo, red onion, cucumber then another slice of cheddar.
  3. Top with the remaining bread and grill on a panini grill until the cheese starts to melt.
  4. Cut in half and serve with some green leaves.
