5050 g Country Range Salted Butter

4 4 sheets filo pastry sheets

  • 1Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  • 2Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
  • 3Repeat and top the first pastry sheet.
  • 4Repeat until all sheets are done.
  • 5Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage.
  • 6Place onto a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • 7Slice and serve.
