200200 g Country Range Insauce Pulled Barbeque Pork
5050 g Country Range Salted Butter
4 4 sheets filo pastry sheets
- 1Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- 2Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
- 3Repeat and top the first pastry sheet.
- 4Repeat until all sheets are done.
- 5Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage.
- 6Place onto a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 7Slice and serve.
