splash of olive oil
200 g cooked chicken breast
10 g mange tout, finely chopped
10 g red, green and yellow peppers, finely chopped
10 g tenderstem broccoli
5 g water chestnuts
1 tbsp Dark or Light Country Range Soy Sauce
Country Range salt and pepper

- 1Fully defrost the chicken breast then slice into strips.
- 2Place splash of oil into a wok then add all the chicken and vegetables and cook until chicken reaches 72°C.
- 3Add soy sauce and season.
- 4Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
