200200 g cooked chicken breast

1010 g mange tout, finely chopped

1010 g red, green and yellow peppers, finely chopped

1010 g tenderstem broccoli

55 g water chestnuts

1 1 tbsp Dark or Light Country Range Soy Sauce

Country Range salt and pepper

Multiply by
  • 1Fully defrost the chicken breast then slice into strips.
  • 2Place splash of oil into a wok then add all the chicken and vegetables and cook until chicken reaches 72°C.
  • 3Add soy sauce and season.
  • 4Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
