4 Country Range Ciabatta
125 g Country Range Butter
County Range Garlic Purée
1 tbsp Country Range Mixed Herbs
1 pinch Country Range Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 pinch Country Range Coarse Ground Black Pepper

- 1Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
- 2Part-bake the ciabatta for 4-6 minutes.
- 3Add the butter, garlic purée, mixed herbs to a mixing bowl and season with the salt and pepper.
- 4Remove the bread from the oven and slice in half.
- 5Spread a thick layer of the garlic butter on to each slice.
- 6Bake for a further 6-8 minutes until golden brown and the butter is melted.
- 7Remove from the oven and slice each piece in half diagonally.
- 8Serve as a side dish or as part of a sharing platter.
