Tandoori Lamb Chops


  1. Mix together the garlic, lemon juice and ground ginger to cre-ate a marinade, rub this over the lamb chops and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Mix together the Greek yogurt and tandoori paste.
  3. Rub this mix over the lamb chops and marinate for another 4 hours.
  4. Heat a griddle pan and grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes each side.
