5050 g Country Range Tandoori Curry Paste

5050 g Country Range Greek Style Natural Yogurt

1010 g Country Range Garlic Purée

½ ½ tsp Country Range Ground Ginger

1 1 lemon, juiced

4 4 individual lamb chops

Multiply by
  • 1Mix together the garlic, lemon juice and ground ginger to cre-ate a marinade, rub this over the lamb chops and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
  • 2Mix together the Greek yogurt and tandoori paste.
  • 3Rub this mix over the lamb chops and marinate for another 4 hours.
  • 4Heat a griddle pan and grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes each side.
