  • 50 g Country Range Tandoori Curry Paste
  • 50 g Country Range Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 10 g Country Range Garlic Purée
  • ½ tsp Country Range Ground Ginger
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 individual lamb chops

Method

    Step 1

    Mix together the garlic, lemon juice and ground ginger to cre-ate a marinade, rub this over the lamb chops and leave for 1 hour to marinate.

    Step 2

    Mix together the Greek yogurt and tandoori paste.

    Step 3

    Rub this mix over the lamb chops and marinate for another 4 hours.

    Step 4

    Heat a griddle pan and grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes each side.
