150150 g Country Range North Atlantic Prawns

200200 g Country Range Basmati Rice

1 1 tbsp Country Range Vegetable Oil

2 2 tbsp Country Range Dried Sliced Onions

22 tsp Country Range Tandoori Spice

300300 ml cold water

Multiply by
  • 1Gently fry the basmati rice in a saucepan with the dried onion and tandoori mix.
  • 2Add the prawns, water and green pepper.
  • 3Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until the rice is cooked.
