2525 g Country Range Natural Yogurt
2525 ml Country Range Extended Life Vegetable Oil
5050 g sweet potato
½ ½ red onion
½ ½ green pepper
6 6 button mushrooms
4 4 wooden skewers
- 1Peel and dice the sweet potato into 3cm squares and steam for 5 minutes.
- 2Cut the pepper and red onion into 3cm squares and wash the mushrooms.
- 3Marinate all the vegetables in yogurt and tikka paste for 2 hours.
- 4Place the vegetables on skewers as follows; sweet potato, pepper, mushroom and repeat again.
- 5Cook on an oiled tray in a hot oven at 220oC for 6-8 minutes.
- 6Serve with Country Range Easy Cook Basmati Rice and Country Range Mango Chutney.
