  • 2 shallot, diced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 50 g Country Range Peas
  • 50 g peppers, diced
  • 6 baby corn
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Garlic Purée
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Peri Peri Seasoning
  • 2 Country Range Free Range Medium Eggs
  • 100 g Country Range Basmati Rice, cooked
  • 1 Country Range Chicken Breast
  • 50 ml Country Range Soy Sauce
  • 1 small handful chopped coriander

Method

    Step 1

    Fry the rice and veg in oil.

    Step 2

    Add the beaten egg and continue to fry.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the garlic, herbs and spices.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Add the sliced chicken and soy sauce.
  • 5

    Step 5

    Serve when piping hot.
