Chicken Firecracker Rice

Many kids love a bit of heat in their food so don’t be afraid to add a little chilli to their dishes. Why not try this Firecracker Chicken and Rice dish on our menu.


Ingredients

  • 2 Diced Shallot
  • 4 Sliced Spring onions
  • 50 g Country Range Peas
  • 50 g Diced peppers
  • 6 Baby corn
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Garlic Puree
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Country Range Peri Peri Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Country Range Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 each Country Range Chicken Breast
  • 50 ml Country Range Soy Sauce
  • 1 small handful Chopped Coriander

Method

  1. Fry the rice and veg in oil
  2. Add the beaten egg and continue to fry
  3. Add the garlic, herbs and spices
  4. Add the sliced chicken and soy sauce
  5. Serve when piping hot
