Cooking Instructions

Suitable for 23cm or 9" thin crust pizzas. Stretch or roll to desired shape and top as required. Ensure thoroughly cooked throughout. Oven bake at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 until golden brown.

Directions for Use

Take the required amount of doughballs from the freezer and place 2" apart on a tray. To avoid skinning cover with lightly greased film and put in refrigerator overnight. Maximum storage time in refrigerator (5 degrees C) is 2 days after defrost. Best used within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
