BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Sloppy Joe Burger with Jerked Pineapple Salsa


  1. To make the salsa place all of the ingredients except the jackfruit, brioche and cheese slices into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Cut the brioche in half and toast.
  3. Warm the jackfruit in the microwave.
  4. Top the base of the brioche with a generous amount of jack-fruit.
  5. Add a slice of cheddar.
  6. Top with the pineapple salsa and add the lid of the brioche.
  7. Serve with Country Range Sweet Potato Fries.
