  • 100 g Country Range Marinated Cajun Chicken
  • 1 tsp Country Range Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 Country Range 10” Tortilla Wraps
  • 25 g Country Range Mild Salsa
  • 10 g Country Range Grated Mild White Cheddar
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • ½ lime

Method

    Step 1

    In a pan, fry the sliced red pepper and sliced spring onion.

    Step 2

    Add the fajita spice and a squeeze of lime.

    Step 3

    Add the chopped coriander and the chicken. Keep the mix hot.

    Step 4

    Warm the tortillas and serve with salsa and grated cheddar.
