75 g Country Range Marinated Chicken Tikka
½ avocado, diced
4 Cos heart leaves
6 cherry tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, diced
½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 pinch Nigella seeds

- 1Dice the avocado, onion, tomato and season with salt.
- 2Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
- 3Clean the Cos leaves.
- 4Place 25g of chicken tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
