7575 g Country Range Marinated Chicken Tikka

½ ½ avocado, diced

4 4 Cos heart leaves

6 6 cherry tomatoes, diced

½ ½ red onion, diced

½ ½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

1 1 pinch Nigella seeds

¼¼ lime

Multiply by
  • 1Dice the avocado, onion, tomato and season with salt.
  • 2Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
  • 3Clean the Cos leaves.
  • 4Place 25g of chicken tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
