3 large tbsp Country Range Natural Yogurt
25 g freshly grated ginger
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 Country Range Whole Star Anise

2 tbsp Country Range Natural Yogurt
2 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp hoi-sin sauce
1 pinch Country Range Chilli Powder
squeeze of lime juice

2 tbsp Country Range Mango Chutney
4 tbsp Country Range Natural Yogurt
1 dsp chopped stem ginger and syrup

Multiply by
method
- 1Place all the ingredients into a bowl and marinate for a minimum of 12 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2Place onto a hot barbecue, cook for 15-20 minutes, turning all the time until the juices run clear.
- 3Serve with a yogurt and mint dip with fresh lime juice.
