150150 g Country Range Thick Chicken Soup Mix

3 3 pts cold water

1 1 small red chilli

2 2 cloves

100100 g sweetcorn

100100 g wild rice, cooked

lime wedges for garnish

  • 1Add sufficient cold water to the soup to make a smooth paste, blend in the remaining cold water and bring to the boil.
  • 2Reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3Finely dice the chilli, removing the seeds, and crush the garlic. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry gently for 2 minutes.
  • 4Stir in the soup with the sweetcorn and rice, heat thoroughly.
