200200 g Country Range Potato Salad

5050 g Country Range Large Gherkins

½ ½ tbsp Country Range Wholegrain Mustard

6 6 slices smoked streaky bacon

3 3 spring onions

1 1 tbsp dill, chopped

Multiply by
  • 1Pre-heat oven to 200°C .
  • 2Cook the bacon on a baking sheet until crispy and chop into small pieces.
  • 3Chop the gherkin.
  • 4Slice the spring onion.
  • 5Chop the dill.
  • 6Mix everything into the potato salad and serve as a side dish.
  • 7Perfect with meat or fish.
