Potato Salad, German-style with Mustard, Gherkin, Spring Onion and Crispy Bacon

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C .
  2. Cook the bacon on a baking sheet until crispy and chop into small pieces.
  3. Chop the gherkin.
  4. Slice the spring onion.
  5. Chop the dill.
  6. Mix everything into the potato salad and serve as a side dish.
  7. Perfect with meat or fish.
