Potato Salad, German-style with Mustard, Gherkin, Spring Onion and Crispy Bacon
200200 g Country Range Potato Salad
5050 g Country Range Large Gherkins
½ ½ tbsp Country Range Wholegrain Mustard
6 6 slices smoked streaky bacon
3 3 spring onions
1 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1Pre-heat oven to 200°C .
- 2Cook the bacon on a baking sheet until crispy and chop into small pieces.
- 3Chop the gherkin.
- 4Slice the spring onion.
- 5Chop the dill.
- 6Mix everything into the potato salad and serve as a side dish.
- 7Perfect with meat or fish.
