2525 g Country Range Real Mayonnaise

11 Country Range Thick White Square Sliced Bread

22 smoked streaky bacon

11 garlic clove

1/21/2 lemon (juice)

1515 g parmesan

11 salted anchovy

11 tbsp water

2525 g butter

Multiply by
  • 1Make the dressing by crushing the anchovy with garlic clove, add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp water and the mayonnaise.
  • 2Defrost the prawns.
  • 3Wash and roughly chop the lettuce heart.
  • 4Dice the white bread and shallow fry in butter until crispy.
  • 5Toss the lettuce in the dressing and the parmesan until the leaves are coated.
  • 6Top with prawns and croutons
