7575 g Country Range Premium North Atlantic Prawns

2525 ml Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil

5050 g Country Range Fancy Peas

2525 g Country Range Creamery Butter Unsalted

200200 ml Country Range Chicken Bouillon Paste stock

11 onion, finely diced

11 garlic clove, crushed

5050 g arborio rice

55 g parmesan

Multiply by
  • 1Saut√© the onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
  • 2Add the rice and coat with the onion mix until the rice is trans-lucent at the edges.
  • 3Add the chicken stock 1 ladle at a time until it is loose and creamy (about 10-12 minutes).
  • 4Turn off and add the peas, prawns butter and parmesan.
  • 5Serve with some nice bread and a crisp salad.
