Ramen Noodles with Soft Boiled Egg


  1. Soft boil the egg for 6 1/2 minutes, peel and halve.
  2. Blanch the tender stem broccoli and keep hot.
  3. Cook the noodles and place in a hot bowl.
  4. Add the vegetables to the bowl and top with the hot chicken stock and egg
  5. Cook the chicken in the oven or pan, however preferred and slice
  6. Place in the slices of cooked chicken breast
  7. Add a spoonful of peri peri sauce, a drizzle of soy sauce and serve with a wedge of lime.
