2 2 Country Range Fresh Free Range Medium Eggs
1 1 Country Range Doughball
5050 g Country Range Tomato and Basil Sauce
2525 g Country Range Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 1 green chili, sliced
3 3 basil leaves
- 1Pre-heat the oven to 260°C.
- 2Defrost the doughball and roll out to 20cm circle.
- 3Top with tomato and basil sauce.
- 4Sprinkle with mozzarella and the sliced green chilli.
- 5Crack 2 eggs on the pizza and bake for 3 minutes in the oven.
- 6Add a few torn basil leaves and serve.
