  • 2 Country Range Fresh Free Range Medium Eggs
  • 1 Country Range Doughball
  • 50 g Country Range Tomato and Basil Sauce
  • 25 g Country Range Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • 3 basil leaves

Method

    Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 260°C.

    Step 2

    Defrost the doughball and roll out to 20cm circle.

    Step 3

    Top with tomato and basil sauce.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle with mozzarella and the sliced green chilli.

    Step 5

    Crack 2 eggs on the pizza and bake for 3 minutes in the oven.

    Step 6

    Add a few torn basil leaves and serve.
