Notice to all our customers regarding the weight declaration on frozen seafood products

In the past, frozen products which included some frozen water (referred to as ‘glaze’) were usually marked with a gross weight (including glaze) alongside the net weight (excluding glaze). This practice is no longer permitted under new legislation.
